Admin Emails

You are here:

As administrator of your marketplace, you’ll be notified of certain events via a BCC into relevant emails. Then you can review your admin dashboard to see all the necessary information. Here are the emails you’ll get BCC’d into:

1. When a contract is begun or ended.

2. When a customer or freelancer registers.

3. When a customer or freelancer payment fails.

4. When a review is submitted.

5. When a dispute is registered via Stripe.
