Amazon Web Services (required)
AWS processes all personal data as part of providing various web services to TalentPools. Our AWS GDPR DPA can be found here and includes EU Model Clauses. When data is transferred from the European Economic Area (EEA) to other countries, it will be given the same high level of protection it receives in the EEA.
Google (required)
Google processes personal data such as contact information when providing data storage and communications services to TalentPools. You can review our Google DPA here and our Google Model Clauses here.
PostMark (required)
PostMark processes personal data such as user’s contact information as part of providing its transactional email service for TalentPools. You can read our PostMark DPA here.
Intercom (optional)
Intercom processes personal data such as user’s contact information as part of providing its user engagement service for TalentPools. You can read our Intercom DPA here.
Flywheel (optional)
Flywheel processes data that you provide for your marketing website. This relationship is between you and Flywheel directly, so to get your own DPA, ask our support team to add you to the the Flywheel account, and then you can sign your own DPA here.
Stripe (optional)
We do not have a relationship with Stripe – you have your own account with them. To get your DPA, log in and visit this page.
Others
Other agencies that we contract with from time to time on a temporary basis, each of which has signed our full DPA, which is available on request.
