Referral Code URL – New Marketplace Feature

This feature lets you add a unique code to a your marketplace registration URL, which is then automatically entered into the Referral Code field on the form.  Very useful for referral or other marketing campaigns.  It applies to both freelancer /register and customer /customer-register registration pages.
