The platform now includes a User Actions Tracking Feature that enables recruiters to monitor the progress of their clients throughout the hiring process. This feature is particularly useful for self-serve platforms, where clients and candidates interact directly, as it provides recruiters with valuable insights into client engagement and helps ensure that placements remain on the platform.

Key aspects of this functionality include:

  • Tracking Client Activity:
    The system automatically records various client actions, such as posting a job, viewing candidate profiles, downloading resumes, scheduling interviews, and other interactions. This data helps recruiters understand where a client stands in the hiring process and identify any opportunities to provide additional support—for instance, if a client has viewed multiple candidate profiles but has not yet scheduled an interview.
  • Exporting User Actions:
    On the jobs page, recruiters can click an “Export User Actions” button to generate a report. After a short processing period, this report can be downloaded and includes information like the client’s name, the candidate’s name, the specific page where the action occurred, email addresses, user IDs, the exact action taken (e.g., profile view, interview scheduled, CV downloaded), and timestamps.
  • Filtering and Follow-Up:
    The report allows recruiters to filter activities by client, making it easier to track individual engagement and intervene when necessary. For example, if the report shows that a client has extensively reviewed profiles but hasn’t scheduled any interviews, the recruiter might reach out to offer assistance with the next steps. Additionally, if the data indicates that a client may be hiring off-platform, recruiters can use this information to follow up and enforce placement fee terms as outlined in the platform’s policies.
