When enabled, users will see a notification in their inbox indicating the presence of new messages. This visual cue helps users stay informed about incoming communications without having to constantly check their messages manually.

Upon clicking the unread messages notification, users can view which specific messaging channels—such as the inbox, contract page, or application page—contain unread messages. This feature ensures that users can easily identify where their attention is needed, whether it’s a new message in their inbox, an update on a contract, or an application-related communication. As users interact with and read messages in any of these channels, the system automatically marks them as read. Consequently, the unread message notification will disappear the next time the page is loaded, providing a clear and organized view of their communications.
