On the admin dashboard under ‘Settings’ is the option to ‘Set a minimum hourly rate on freelancer profiles?’.
When this is not selected, the freelancers can input any hourly rate on their profile. However, when it is selected and a specific hourly rate is set by the administrators, then an error pop-up window will inform the freelancer whenever they attempt to put in a lower value.
