When this option is selected in your admin dashboard a customer will not be able to start a contract if the freelancer has not included any milestones in their proposal.
From the customer’s side the proposal will appear like this.
Once a freelancer has added at least one milestone to their proposal, saved and sent the proposal to a customer, the customer will be able to accept this contract.
