Engaging with Candidates

You are here:

When employers log in and navigate to the talent page, they see a list of candidates. However, if they haven’t posted any job yet, there’s currently no way for them to engage with those candidates since the default workflow requires that interactions—such as sending messages, video calls, or invites—occur in the context of a specific job opportunity.

To address this gap, the platform now includes a new feature designed specifically for new employers who haven’t posted any jobs.

When enabled, this feature displays a pop-up message reminding employers to post a job so that they can properly interact with candidates. The pop-up serves as a notification, guiding employers with a message like, “How to connect with candidates: Please post the job here,” along with an actionable link or instructions.

To activate this functionality, employers need to go to their settings page and search for “pop-up.” Once enabled, the setting “if customers don’t have any jobs, display a pop-up inviting them to post the job so they can interact with talents” will be activated. Consequently, every time an employer without a posted job loads the talent page, the pop-up will appear, ensuring they are aware that they must post a job before initiating any candidate engagements.

This enhancement aims to reduce confusion for new employers by clearly indicating why they cannot yet interact with talent and providing a direct prompt to start posting job opportunities. If you have any questions or need further assistance with enabling this feature, please feel free to get in touch.
