We’ve introduced a new functionality called the Customer Dashboard, which provides customers and employers with an enhanced view and streamlined access to their activities and interactions:

  • Calendar of Booked Products:
    • View Bookings: Displays a calendar showcasing all the products that the customer has booked.
    • Direct Access: Each calendar entry links directly to the specific contract page and associated video, if applicable.
  • Inbox:
    • Latest Messages: Shows the most recent messages sent since the customer’s last login, ensuring they stay updated with ongoing communications.
  • Upcoming Sessions and Bookings:
    • Latest Sessions: Highlights upcoming sessions that the customer has scheduled.
    • Future Bookings: Lists all future bookings to help customers keep track of their commitments.
  • Favorite Coaches:
    • Favorite List: Displays a list of the customer’s favorite coaches, allowing for quick access and easy communication with preferred professionals.

3. Enabling and Customizing the Customer Dashboard
